Fantastic news! Andrzej Tobis’ extraordinary longstanding project ‘A–Z (Educational cabinets)’ has become a part of the collection of the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw. Congratulations!
As the artist himself has shared:
Three weeks ago the archive was handed over to the museum in digital form (1600 files) and in physical form. The physical form of the archive is a piece of furniture used to store and display miniature works from the A–Z series. The agreement with the museum stipulates the openness of the collection, so all future works (if created) will also go to it.
