Jednostka Gallery, founded by Katarzyna Sagatowska in Warsaw in 2017, represents artists of different generations distinguishable for their unique personality and remarkable work.

Freedom, identity, understanding, transformation, civic participation, systems of control, interpersonal relations, human relations with the digital world, and nature are some of the main topics addressed by Jednostka’s artists

We also promote and offer works by other artists, including Polish photography classics. We look after artist archives.
We engage in interdisciplinary projects (including exhibitions, publications, lectures, workshops) dedicated to contemporary phenomena and problems, also in collaboration with other Polish and foreign institutions.
We seek to promote art collecting, with a focus on photography, working with Polish and foreign collectors – both private and institutional ones.
Jednostka pursues exhibition, publishing and educational activities addressed both to expert audiences and art lovers.
